Located in the heart of Huntsville, our state of the art Records
Centers store all boxes on a high-density racking system. Boxes
are bar-coded, scanned, and individually tracked. We can locate
your box or file when you need it.

Each Records Center is monitored by a heat detection system,
motion detectors, and an alarm system. Smoke detectors
are located throughout the buildings. The facilities are secure
with controlled access.

Destruction
Every industry has various time frames required by the
government upon which it must retain hard copy records.
Business Records helps you to track your retention schedules
until a company deems a box of records is ready for permanent
destruction. You simply sign a written form and your records
will be destroyed.
